Getting To The Barracks is Simple

Reaching the event at North Head Sanctuary, just up the hill from Central Manly, is simple, with multiple transport options available.

Best Ways to Get There:

  • Event Shuttle from Central Manly – Our dedicated shuttle is the most convenient option. Pick up from Belgrave Street.
  • Rideshare & Taxi – A dedicated drop-off and pick-up point is available. Please plan for potential traffic.
  • Walk or Bike – Enjoy a scenic 20-minute walk up the hill from Central Manly.
  • Drive & Park at St. Paul’s High School – Limited parking is available 600m from the event site. Spaces must be booked in advance.

Important Notes:

We encourage guests to be mindful of the environment, local residents, and the wildlife in the area. Please do not attempt to drive directly to the event site.

Once in Manly

BY FOOT OR BIKE

The event site is accessible by foot from Manly Wharf, this walk does involve a hill and can take approximately 20-30 minutes. We also have 70 bike racks available next to the event site.

BY CAR

Limited parking is available at St Pauls High School, when pre-booked via Ticketmaster at $45 per car.  The walk from St Pauls is a reasonably flat 600m. There will be no parking available on the night. Parking will be bookable up to 5pm the day before the selected performance.

Alternatively Central Manly has many parking spots which can be found here. From these locations you can book yourselves onto the shuttle bus mentioned above or, of course, walk. For information on accessibility parking please look through our FAQ’s.

BY SHUTTLE

The most convenient way to get up to The Barracks is to get our dedicated return shuttle bus from Central Manly. 

Shuttle will depart from Belgrave St, Stand E-G, (opposite Manly Police Station) and drop off on East Esplanade (Felons at Manly Wharf). Tickets for the shuttles will cost $10 (return journey) and must be booked in advance on a first come first serve basis in addition to your event ticket.

Getting to Manly

BY FERRY

Take a ride on the Manly Fast Ferry or Sydney Ferry, take in the beautiful Sydney Harbour on route to Night at The Barracks at North Head Sanctuary. Night at The Barracks is accessible by rideshare or taxi. We have a designated drop off location for these modes of transport. Please note that drop off point will be Gatehouse Drive, North Head Scenic Drive.
