Only the ticket purchaser will receive these emails, so be sure to forward the communications onto everyone in your party so that they are all aware of what to expect on their visit.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT
As we work together to ensure this is a COVID Safe venue, the below outlines some measures you can expect on your upcoming visit.
CAPACITY LIMITS & SEATING CONFIGURATION
The Barracks Parade Grounds is a large, outdoor seated venue. Patrons will be seated with no physical distancing between seats. This will be monitored and, if required, the site allows for additional spacing should government guidance change.
Please check this information on the week of the event to see the latest guidelines, and whether masks are mandatory.
VENUE CHECK-IN REQUIRED FOR ENTRY
Before entering, you will be required to register using the Service NSW QR code. Please have the latest version of the Service NSW app downloaded on your phone.
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE WHEN QUEUING & MOVING
To assist with social distancing, we strongly encourage you to stay socially distanced where possible. When you move around the site, where it is practical, please ensure that you keep your distance from other patrons and wear your mask (if required). There will be queuing systems in place to help usher you through the event in a safe manner. Please follow the signs and the directions of our event team.
Please only bring handbags and satchels that are smaller than an A4 piece of paper.
BARS AND CATERING
Event bars and other service areas will be open. To assist with crowding, we ask that once you have purchased your items, please return to your group for consumption.
All of our outlets are cashless, and we can only accept contactless payments at our food stalls, bars, box office and merchandise shops.
We will have hand sanitising stations located at several points around the space for your use. Please make sure to use these regularly during your visit.
Our event site, toilets and catering areas receive a professional clean after every performance, and our professional cleaning staff will remain on site throughout the performance to constantly clean washrooms, touchpoints and high traffic areas.
COVID MARSHALS/USHERS ARE THERE TO HELP
Our COVID marshals and/or ushers will be on site throughout the event to monitor everyone’s safety, and to assist you in any way they can. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please speak to one of our friendly staff who will assist you.
REGULAR SHOW ETIQUETTE WILL APPLY
Whilst there are many things about event experiences that have had to change, a lot have stayed the same.
Please note, Night at the Barracks will regularly undertake risk assessments to review and adapt its COVID Safety Plan, taking into consideration the relevant NSW Government Public Health Order at the time. Our Covid Safety information is subject to change, so please be sure to visit this page a few days prior to your visit for the most up to date information.
